Доброе утро, Андрей. Вы отказывались платить туристический сбор, испортили постельное белье. Администраторам приходилось каждый день напоминать Вам про оплату. Это их работа. Оплата турсбора должна производится при заселении, а не при выезде, как этого хотели Вы.

Last time I stayed I gave a high score to the property but this time was really disappointing. I paidfor an Extra bed when booking a room but a bed for a child was never put in our room and we had to sleep on 2 sinles put together! REALLY uncomfortable! The staff are not really friendly,I asked for a 'free coffee,' because there was a sign ,'help yourself'. Felt really bad,staff made sure I did. Won't stay again.My high score award certificate should be taken off the wall,it was not reflecting the hotel standards.

Юрий, добрый день. Спасибо, что нашли время и оставили отзыв о нашей гостинице. Действительно, у нас есть небольшой номер категории "Двумустный стандарт". По поводу ТВ, в городе с 20 мая по 02 июня отключение спутниковых каналов , в связи с ремонтными работами. Вам как раз не повезло)). Персоналу отеля, обязательно, сообщим, что вы оценили их отношение к гостям. Будем Вас рады видеть снова.
