Great hotel for families. My kids (9 and 10) had too much fun. We all enjoyed the hotel activities and especially the free water sports (banana boat, kayaking…)

I booked 2 superior bungalows and the guy in the reception put us in standard rooms claiming that there is no availability. After showing him that I am totally disappointed and I would cancel my trip, he offered me a 2 standard bungalows on spot. Take care while you are dealing with them in the reception... Other than that, everything is perfect in the hotel i.e. food, service... etc

Rooms are too humid. The specialty restaurants have very limited space. We couldn't find a spot eventhough we tried to reserve from the first day we arrived. The majority of rooms have only single beds; thus couples can't sleep together. Very limited number of towels in the rooms. Food is average.

Super secure, The food is excellent, staff super friendly, themes and animation excellent and very entertaining. What I didn't like is that The property is supposed to be family oriented but all the triple rooms are at the end of the resort which make us take long walks from beach to room in the heat and it is not pleasant. Double rooms are super small even to fit a crib. Showers are slippery which might be harmful for kids

Excellent resort
The stay overall was excellent. Very clean hotel with great amenities and excellent service. Also the hotel is all inclusive for a very fair amount of money. Staff are very attentive.

Amazing!!! Wonderful week ❣️ the staff was professional, very considerate and fantastic customer service. Friends booked into Meridiana and for my second week I switched to that hotel which was a BIG mistake. There is no comparison- Magic life Penelope hotel is a real resort with excellent food, service and top rate entertainment. It is also truly all inclusive where Meridiana has rude, aggressive staff, the grounds are unkrpt, the food is only fair and always the same. I wish I never switched hotels it was a huge mistake. I am thinking of going back to hotel Penelope for my last couple of days as hotel Meridiana is miserable, the staff are obviously unhappy. It's such a big contrast with Penelope Magic Life where everyone is happy, truly welcoming and very sincere and genuinely hope your visit enjoyable. Unfortunately I paid Meridiana in full I wish I could cancel the rest of the days here. Hotels.com should take this hotel off their selection it reflects badly on hotels.com which normally I have always booked with. Meridiana hotel is completely false advertising everything is falling apart including the ladder to the pool which is an accident waiting to happen. The indoor pool is closed and the children's pool is half filled and the water park pool is closed - from the moment I arrived in the taxi the front gate security was rude and gruff. It is shocking the contrast between Pe elope which is amazing in every way and the horrible Meridiana. Penelope hotel is 5 star!!!

Expérience assez mitigé. Première chambre parentale dans un sale état changée après réclamation par une autre chambre de catégorie inférieure. On a l’impression de ne pas être traité pareil que les allemands. Si vous vous attendez à des services niveau club med pour les enfants faites le tour. À 3 semaines de son anniversaire de 3 ans mon fils n’a pas été accepté dans le kids club. Sinon les prestations dans le kids club sont assez médiocres avec du personnel germanophone principalement. La nourriture est assez variée, rien à dire. Beaucoup de piscines dispo, plage plutôt bien aménagée et le pont le plus fort est le personnel très souriant et serviable. Le prix me paraît assez cher pour un 4*. Il paraît qu’on paie le double du prix par rapport aux allemands ce qui est très étonnant.

Alles war super bis auf das Essen. An sich qualitative Produkte von Fisch bis Fleisch, jedoch man hat eindeutig gespürt der Exekutiv Chef Koch seinen Job nicht liebte - sehr eintönig, unkreativ - das Fleisch und Fisch waren überbraten und trocken. Er hat hinter seine Köche im Buffet zu laufen und zu prüfen was sie machen, sie unter dem Arm zu greifen und zu motivieren vorallem bei den vielen Azubis/ Frischlinge- er war kaum zu sehen

J'ai énormément apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, notamment d'une des cuisinières, Madame Mannoubia HAJJEM. Elle faisait des petites galettes de pain sur place qui étaient particulièrement succulentes. Ses omelettes étaient aussi trop bonnes. J'ai beaucoup apprécié qu'il y ait une piscine intérieure chauffée, vu qu'il faisait trop frais pour nager à l'extérieur. Les enfants ont adoré jouer au football. Le moniteur était très sympathique. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé le café Maures et la gentillesse de Zied. Je reviendrai à cet excellent club, où l'on se sent très en sécurité.

Surpris dans le bon sens de l hotel. Les chambres sont propres. La nourriture est de qualité et surtout très variées. Le personnel est tres sympathique. Enfin le parc aquatique est tres adapté aux enfants.

Отличное место для пляжного отдыха
Мыс женой предпочитаем самостоятельные путешествия. Отель выбрали не по путевке , не по предложению туроператора, а по расположению и отзывам. И не ошиблись. Отель семейный, много семей с детьми. Территория большая и каждый может найти себе удобное место: у бассейна , на пляже, я а спорт площадке, есть и чилаут. Кроме основного ресторана, есть три специализированных, раз в неделю можно посетить один из специализированных ресторанов бесплатно. Кухня удивляет разнообразием и качеством. Бар разнообразием не удивляет, но наливают щедро. WiFi покрывает Всю территорию и даже пляж. Проживание максомилно комфортное. При желании в любую точку острова можно уехать на дешевом, очень дешевом такси. Отличное место для пляжного отдыха. На пляже есть собственная флотилия катеров, байдарок и катамаранов. Увлекательная анимация каждый вечер в амфитеатре

Très contents de notre séjour au Magic Life Pénélope. L’hôtel est propre, les chambres sont propres et literie confortable, les repas sont variés et très bons. L’animation au top. Mon fils a adoré. Nous y retournerons.
