Sigara içilmeyen oda seçtiğim halde, politikası gereği o an boş oda olmadığından, 1 gece sonra sigara içilmeyen odaya aldılar. Otelin valeli kapalı otopark hizmeti var, aracımı vermek istemediğimden önde halka açık otoparka park ettik, personel nazik güleryüzlü çözüm bulmaya çalışıyor, kahvaltı sıcak ve soğuk çok çeşitli, otelin konumu elverişli.

Er was eigenlijk niet veel op aan te merken. Alleen jammer dat de lift stuk was en we 8 etages moesten met de trap 😅. Verder een lekker zwembad, hammam en sportgedeelte. Een heuse spa wellness. De kamers waren goed verzorgd, modern en schoon. De kaartsleutels zijn in de 6 dagen zeker 5 keer omgewisseld omdat ze de deur niet openden van de kamer. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker!

Ödeme yapmama rağmen yeniden para çekme rezilliği

Ödemr yapmama rağmen tekrar ödeme almaya çalıştılar gece ve mecbur bir an önce giriş yapmam gerektiği için yaptım yeniden, ertesi gün hotelden ödeme alındığının teyitini uzun uğraşlar aonucu çıkarttıktan ve tesepsiyonda saatlerce kavfa verdikten sonra hatalarını kabul ettiler. Ancak ödemeyi geri iade etmeyi de slipler görevli kişide olduğu için ve görevli kişi de o sırada otelde olmadığı için beceremediler. Şimdi günlerce ödememin geri iade edilmesini beklicem

Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine Erneuerung. Das Wasser im Badezimmerbecken läuft schlecht ab, sodass immer Reste im Becken zu sehen waren. Das Bad/Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt nach der ersten Nacht. Gym wurde wegen den Feiertagen erst um 11 Uhr geöffnet welches nicht bei der Buchung erwähnt wurde. Hätten wir diese Info vorher hätte ich ein anderes Hotel ausgewählt . Das Frühstücksbuffet war mager. An einem Tag gab es keinen Kaffee zum Frühstück. Das Spa welches wir besucht hatten um ins Hamam zu gehen waren veraltet, dreckig und das Hamam wie auch die Sauna war ausgeschaltet obwohl wir einen Termin hatten. Die Enttäuchung war groß.

Temiz, konforlu bir otel.

Eşim ile kaldığımız oda temiz ve rahattı. Beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Sabah kahvaltısı muhteşemdi. Restorant bölümünde çalışan arkadaşlara tekrar teşekkür ederim. Güler yüzleri, saygıları ve hizmetlerinden dolayı. Tebrikler. Diyarbakır a geldiğimizde tekrar tercih edeceğimiz kesin.👏👏

kişisel hakların ihlali-rezalet

Personelde güler yüz asla yok özellikle online rez yapanlara çok ilgisizce davranılıyor bunu farkettik.Giriş yaparken resepsiyonist ordan geçen temizlik görevlisine ‘hangi odayı temizledin en son?’ Diye sorup bize oda verdi ekran kontrolü diye bir sürecin olmaması,diyalogun önümüzde yapılması hiç profesyonelce değildi.Odada bizden önce konaklayan misafirlere ait kıyafetler vardı.İki kişilik oda olmasına ragmen havlu ve bakım ürünleri tek kişilikti.Bunlar dışında en büyük rezalet konaklamamızın ilk saatinden itibaren oda görevlilerinin üç kez farklı zamanlarda odama izinsiz bir şekilde girmesi oldu.Gerçekten kişisel hakların bu kadar ihlal edilmesi karşısında oldukça üzgünüm.Kapıya kartı okutup açtıktan sonra kapı tıklatılıyor ve hiç dolu mu müsait mi denilmeden odaya giriş yapılıyor çok ayıp ve saygısızca bir davranış.Çıkış sırasında bunu bildirdiğinizde ise resepsiyonist hanımefendi bize’Evet haklısınız girmemeleri gerekiyor’ gibi yetersiz bir açıklama yaptı.Gerçekten bu olay bir daha asla tercih ve tavsiye etmeyecegimizi kesinleştirdi.Bir de online rezervasyon yapıldıgında ödeme yapılmıştı fakat bunun kontrolü yapılmadan bizden tekrar ödeme talep ettiler orda tekrardan açıp dekont gösterdim bunu yapmak zorunda değildik yani.Gerçekten Diyarbakır seyahatlerimde tereddütsüz bir şekilde tercih ettiğim bir oteldi ama son zamanlarda gerek işleyiş gerek personel konusunda oldukça amatörleştiğini gördüm müşteri memnuniyetim oldukça zedelendi bir daha tercih eder miyim muamma.
