"Arrived at 10:00 pm and the shower would not work. Called Hotel.com and the hotel office and no one could dispatch maintenance. They arrived at 8:00 next morning. This shower head was defective so it lets me know house keeping did not clean the shower area properly. Plus the A/C was turned down to ..."
