As we had arrived early iwe were still able to check into a room. Receptionist was quick, polite and helpful.Room was clean and ideal

Schotts Lake is a beautifull place.

We stayed here 1 night on the way back to Edmonton airport. Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room exceedingly clean, the breakfast was good, and the soup / sandwich in the evening was totally unexpected.

Breakfast was good but the room was way too small and overcrowded. Rooms were fine

We had a great stay as a family of four, visiting family in the local area. The children loved the pool and waterslide and the hot tu. was excellent too. Breakfast was great with lots of options and they looked after my coeliac daughter with gluten free options too. She enjoyed the bread and muffins every day. Patricia was particularly welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

We were surprised to find the room to be so spacious and clean. Towels and basic toiletries provided for. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee machine with complimentary tea and coffee. Bed was comfortable and free wifi was very fast. Check-in was seamless, and although breakfast was included in our room rate, we did not have time to take it, so, can't comment on that. Ample parking. Overall, very satisfying stay.

It was perfectly adequate. Good value for money.
