The Academy Hotel Colorado Springs
Our room had no elevator. We had to wait 20 min to check in. We had to drag our luggage up stairs. New owners are not retaining their staff so they were short handed with no evidence the manager or owners were pitching in to help. Breakfast was good

Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites
Our ac was broken but still worked sort of. Green Mountain coffee is not good. Otherwise was all fine!
