"I understand that its a budget type location , but the area adjacent is not. The property itself needs a HUGE OVERHAUL. A very small area for breakfast, which was very basic. The front desk though had a very nice staff and loved their service to its guests. But seriously , corporate needs to get online with updating the property. The broken concrete, the rusty rails and railings on the stairs. Corporate could redo this property and compete with the surrounding competitors. Plus please get that liquor store moved or upgrade it. Its an eye sore. The bed was good though."

"Room was okay, small. Dusty and some garbage left behind. There are no amenities at all, this is a bare bones hotel masquerading as a boutique hotel. The neighborhood is sketchy. Front desk was not helpful finding restaurants. Clientele was mixed. Walls were thin and we got no sleep the last night as our neighbor was up all night. There were people running up and down the halls. Do not recommend. "

"I when to breakfast around 9am and it was almost empty no pancakes mix, eggs, sausage, milk, cereal. People was asking to the staff she said she is only one person and she can't put more food out."

"I was surprised at how clean and up-kept the bathroom was ! We liked that parking times were extended after check out so we could still explore the area. The pool was nice and everything was clean. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was decent. Would definitely come here again! "

"Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and the rooms were in good condition. Close to walk to River street and throughout the historic distric of downtown. Everything is within 10 minutes of the property. "
