"It was wonderful that the hotel was pet friendly & didnt have a dog weight limit but 98% of the dogs at the hotel were not on leashes. Regarding the room, when I went to clean the water off the floor, my cloth came up [not a little but] absolutely covered in dirt. I also went to use the room phone to call the front desk but had an issue - the connector that holds the cable in the telephone port was in but the cable wire had been cut & ripped out of the wall. I made the front desk aware on Friday night, was told it would be fixed Sat but when we left Sun morning, the phone was still in disrepair. Finally, we knew we were near Bradley Airport but found out we were in the direct path for all planes landing. On a totally different note, the housekeeping & front desk staff were very nice!"

"Excellent stay. Staff were friendly, great amenities, and hotel was very clean. However, disappointed as housekeeping came once during our four night stay. Taking out trash, replacing towels, and restocking coffee/tea service is of value to me."

"This is my go to place when I travel to this section of CT . This time around my room wasn’t fully cleaned . The bathroom could have used a little bit more cleaning and I didn’t like the fact that the mattress didn’t have a zipper protector . The internet isn’t the best either other than that it’s quiet and the staff are friendly. "

"Second time i stay here. Me and my husband made reservations ahead of time (1-2wks b4) and BOTH times that we stay there the front desk person has an attitude and no professionalism at all, and BOTH times tells us the room we reserved isnt available YET proceeds to get us a room. He said some rooms were under construction so i told him why do they keep taking reservations then? he responded with "im going to cancel someone elses reservation to accomodate you" WOW. "
