"Nice place but no lift"

"The hotel service was excellent- except that they didn’t know who Orbitz was and I couldn’t check in without paying again. SO I have paid double. I would like Orbitz to refund the room charges for this reservation since I had to pay again in person. The hotel did not receive any notification of my arrival and does not know how to get paid from Orbitz. So I need my money back. The actual stay at the hotel was very accommodating. Excellent service. Will return but will not use Orbitz"

"The property is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and respectful with great manners. A few minor issue's were the room door didn't lock, the hot water didn't work, and management need's better organization with check in process. "

"Vinpy does not acknowledge Expedia as a partner, and demanded payment on checking in. On contacting Expedia, both parties cannot come to a satisfactory solution. Expedia offering £35 compensation for the inconvenience, Vinpy taking full payment. At this moment, no refunds yet from Expedia. Their advert for complimentary breakfast is false, they insist that means breakfast for One, despite room booked for two. Breakfast often cold and unattended. Also all inclusive advert is false. Nothing of the sort. DO NOT BOOK. "
