It seems like the Hotel is not properly maintained. The air conditioner is dripping water and it is located above the bed. It rained hard during the night/early morning and there’s a leak by the lobby coming from the roof and when we reported the problem, they put folded towel to soak up the water leak. It looks like the problem existed because there’s rust by the ceiling light housing. The elevator have a sign that it’s under maintenance but no one is working and it’s been broken for more than a week.

The staff was excellent. Friendly and courteous. Dining room staff was excellent. Both restaurants had delicious food at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend staying there

This is one of our favorite hotels but it was busy so we had to book one of their smaller rooms. The room had no refrigerator. Hotels.com stated it had a water heater and coffee and tea but it had nothing. The room we rented was a twin room with supposed twin beds but the beds seemed smaller the twin size. Breakfast was good and there is a bar on the top floor.

Location and avcesibility to local transportation. The place was very clean. The entire staff were very hospitable and friendly. The have good food at the Olive Tree restaurant. Breakfast was portioned accordingly. Great place.

This hotel was awesome. The staff was excellent especially Jula. She was very very helpful. The food in both restaurants was delicious. The morning team at breakfast was incredible and super friendly. I would recommend to anyone. Very good.

Good but not Great
We always stay at D’Hotel on our travels back to Manila, we had Small Issue at check-in over upgrade I made to our room on Hotels.com app, , it was taken care of , we stayed in executive suite , nice room, very spacious, only issue was the spa tub did not work, it would not fill as water was very little when turned on. We dined in the 1st floor restaurant , I look forward to the sweet and sour fish but my wife and I were very disappointed with our meals . Instead of nice breaded filets , we got bits and pieces of fish with too much breading. It took quite a wait for our food to be served as our group of 4 was the only diners in the room. The servers and wait staff were good as well as the front desk and security officer.

The hotel is centrally located and is near to Sunset Boulevard. The staffs are very courteous and friendly.

the hotel staff seemed helpful and door security staff was friendly and interactive. The elevator and bathroom smelled like sewer water and the toilet was running constantly and didnt flush properly, was tild maintenance staff not available. If the restaurant on the ground floor is operated by the hotel the staff seemed very unhappy and only interacted to take a food order, the free breakfast offered was portions fit for a toddler not an adult. Ordered pizza and was brought in from outside so not aure why offer something you dont actually cook in your restaurant, order ice coffee 4 times and always a different flavor even though was same order. Restaurant definitely needs some better management and teaching to wait staff to at least seem happy to wait on hotel guests.

Internet was nonexistent, Hotel advertised cooked to order breakfast, was also false as we received jolibee and hotel restaurant opened at 10:30. The airconditioning did not properly cool the room during the day and was uncomfortable.

Dear Guest, We're very sorry if you experienced any of these inconveniences. May we know if you informed the front desk about the airconditioning? As far as we know, the room that complained about their airconditioning was transferred to another room. About the breakfast, we did NOT advertise cooked to order breakfast so we would ask you to refrain from making any FALSE STATEMENTS. It only says that BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. Furthermore, it was explained to you that the Jollibee breakfast was TEMPORARY and due to the COVID CRISIS since we are required to only have SKELETAL STAFF and cannot open our restaurants from breakfast to dinner. We're sorry that you did not fully understand this set up although it was explained upon check in. We can only hope that the situation will normalize soon so that we can resume our normal operations.

The executive suite was almost perfect. The reason being is we really want a king size bed and a good size of a room that is not tight for us to move around. The downside is there was no balcony or window that actually faces outside, at least a view that you can look at. Overall it was a nice place to stay. If you are looking for a pool, this hotel is not for you. We will surely stay at this hotel again.

Bed not comfortable. No iron board or iron in room. Took 15 minutes to get hot water. Bathroom door did not close properly, hit my back many times while brushing teeth. Not worth the money I paid.

A Southern Experience!
Staying at D’ Hotel in Dipolog is one of a kind. Room was spacious and clean. Food at the resto were also delicious. Me and my mom enjoyed the lugaw! At night, I went to their bar for a relaxing drink and eat. Japanese foods! I loved it! All staffs are greeting you everywhere you go. One thing I noticed to all of the staffs — they were all smiling :) Overall, one of the best accommodation I stayed.
