We very much enjoyed our stay at Bayiri. It was clean and comfortable and had a romantic charm. We enjoyed a nice walk to see the sights on Mount Olympus. There was a fantastic restaurant just around the corner that was awesome. And, it was only a few minutes drive to the beach. If we ever find ourselves driving through Greece again, we'd certainly stop in again.
Very happy with the hotel. Receptionist gave us usful information about the local area in and around litochoro. Clean. Cosy rooms. Nice breakfast. Quiet neghborhood.

Bayiri is a charming, quaint multi-room establishment with excellent customer service. We came in late and appreciated the property manager's willingness to accommodate us. Very friendly and helpful. Sorry we couldn't stay long enough the next morning to enjoy what was sure to be an amazing breakfast!
This was one of the most quaint places I have ever stayed at. Yes, it is a pension, but not en Provence, but in Greece. Litochoro is gorgeous town at the foothills of the Olympus Massif. Lots to do here, from dining to hiking to going to nearby beaches. Heck, hike in the mountains in the morning and swim in the Mediterranean in the afternoon. The staff is super friendly and corteous, the breakfast delicious and the place itself decorated as if it was the late 1800's, but fully renovated and modern. Lots of attention to detail. I will be back.
We stayed here for one night and loved every minute of it. The host could not have done enough for us and nothing was a problem. We brought back take away pizza and instead of eating it in our room she opened up the beautiful dining area for us so we could eat it there, giving us plates, napkins etc. The beautiful house while it is very old and has many antiques it is the perfect mix of new and old it was spotlessly clean and had a great shower. Bed linen was crisp and clean. Mosquito nets on the windows and the breakfast was the best I have eaten in Greece, lots of choice and all freshly baked cakes and pasties by the host in the charming breakfast room. Honestly you will not regret staying here.
The beds were a bit firm and no table or shelf to place things in the room. Though Bayiri was quite friendly and accommodating. Good fresh breakfast and holiday treats when we arrived as well.
We loved our stay! The host was always available to help and answer any questions. The house was lovely and comfortable - and breakfast was delicious. Walking distance from town and in a nice quiet location. Would highly recommend.
Gracious and informative hosts, in a beautifully renovated historic home. Appreciated the intel on hiking Mount Olympus, and valuable pointers on everything from map & gear sources in town to trains & taxis to Thessaloniki. Delicious fresh-baked pastries and local honey in the morning, in a sunny and charming breakfast area. Couldn’t imagine a better location overall; right in the center of town, yet somehow a thoroughly peaceful oasis night & day. Stonework original to the building ensured a cool haven despite sultry nights, and a restful start & end to an Olympus summit bid. First choice accommodation for my next Litochoro stay.
Place is in a good location if you are planning to visit Mt Olympus, however, the room we rented was way over priced for what we got. I was traveling with four kids. The beds were two doubles and one twin, which fit but the room was jammed with the two bed and the twin in a closet like walkway to the bathroom. Our unit's ceiling was super low and my boys kept hitting their heads when walking through the door frames. Their was no air-conditioning which was brutal in Aug. There was one fan but no circulation in the room since the two small widows barely opened to provide a draft. We asked for another fan late at night since no one could sleep and it was delivered. The house seems to have many other rooms which have higher ceiling and may be air-conditioned. We slept horribly which did not help with our hike the next day. Worst stay in our entire two week Greece vacation. Cute picture and nice breakfast but don't rent the room we did.
Perry was very informative and kind. The breakfast was excellent with breads, fruits, omelet, and yogurt. The location was perfect! I would definitely recommend!
