We arrived on a Sunday afternoon when the reception was closed. We had received an email earlier in the day with instructions to get in however we would have preferred to see somebody. We did not find the Wifi instructions clear and could not resolve until we met with staff the next day. Due to lack of staff at check-in first impressions were not great. Outside of property looked a little worn, previous restaurant had a For Sale sign. Inside the hallways and stairwells had not been vacuumed. The room itself was as hoped for - clean, very spacious, bed was comfy (you have to make it up yourself) and the kitchen had supplies needed. Overall it was what we were looking for, for a short stay as we travelled around Brittany. We met the staff at check-in the next day and they were very friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool but it looked inviting and other people were using it. The hotel states that is walking distance to the city centre - this is true; however, we preferred to drive and were able to find cheap/free parking in certain spots. The hotel includes free parking which is not typical for accomodation in Dinan so this was a bonus

Great value, nice apart-hotel with added bonus of swimming pool. Flat walk into town. Very helpful staff - lady even waited so we could follow her car to the supermarket when we had ventured out and got lost on our first attempt.

. Not a hotel , more of a hostel

This is not a hotel ! . . It was a basic apartment , that you’re meant to take your own bedding , linen and towels to . . we asked for such and got sheets but no pillowslips and had to make the bed up ourselves . . all a bit grim . . and we had to give a deposit before we stayed , which we did get back , but not usual though ! . the restaurant next door was good !

Points négatifs : ​Hygiène globale : Ménage superficiel à notre arrivée (balai à repasser, mouchoirs suspect sous le lit). ​Vaisselle sale : Traces de chocolat sur les mugs, fond de jus d'orange dans un bol, résidus alimentaires dans la marmite et sur une assiette. Appareils ménagers (cafetière, bouilloire) négligés. ​Draps (75 €) : Qualité inadmissible pour le prix (présence de trous et de traces de maquillage, enfin on espère). ​Confort : Literie vraiment inconfortable. ​Points positifs : Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel, environnement calme et piscine propre. Avis global très mitigé.

Chambre propre, bonne literie. Il y fait frais même sans climatisation. Appartement au rez-de-chaussée, forte odeur d'humidité, de vieux... Il s'agit en principe d'une résidence hôtelière, mais nous ne sommes pas sur des normes hôtelières : le lit n'est pas fait à l'arrivée par exemple. Prestations très simples et vieillissantes (vieille baignoire des années 60 aux joints noircis, très difficile de tirer sur le bouton pour mettre l'eau sur la pomme de douche, murs qui s'effritent). La piscine est agréable, mais l'abri véranda n'est pas ouvert (en période de canicule, c'est un peu étouffant)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce et très propre Les personnes de l'accueil étaient très professionnelles et bienveillantes. Nous avons découvert une belle région malgré des températures caniculaires. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.

Appartement propre et pratique mais literie commence à être un peu user car formation d un creux au milieu, télévision pas très bien placé alors qu il y a possibilité de l accroché au mur et point très négatifs la piscine est fermé le dimanche après midi donc quand on pars pour le week-end avec enfants et que l on nous répond c est ouvert toute la semaine ba on ne reviendra pas car nous on travail et on peut que le week-end et on paie plein tarif donc si pas besoin de piscine bien sinon passer votre chemin

Accueil peu aimable, réception seulement ouverte de 16h à 19h (pour récupérer les clés de la chambre) et piscine fermée à 19h ! Si vous venez 1 nuit comme nous on ne peut profiter de rien. Car il faut en plus quitter les chambres à 10h qui est l'horaire d'ouverture de la piscine !

A l'arrivée le plancher était très sale, nous avons garder des bas dans les pieds tout le long de notre sejour. Lors du checkout, j'ai dû attendre a la réception pour que le personnel de l'hotel aille verifier l'etat des lieux alors qu'une caution avait été prise au début. Le personnel de réception est quasi absent. Il faut faire un ménage exhaustif des lieux au départ (salle de bain, toilette, plancher. ), ceci ne fait aucun sens. Les heures de piscines sont restreintes. Franchement Déçu.
