Courteous staff however, although the room appeared ok on the face of things, we discovered hairs in the bed, no toilet paper in the bathroom. Situated down a dark alley and didn’t feel safe

The staff was friendly and accommodating and gave me an early check in after a long international flight which was awesome! Breakfast Buffet is 200 Rupees which seemed fine and the chai was wonderful. Unlovable=no windows in the room, intermittent Wifi, the reception said to dial 9 for help but the phone in the room doesn't work, bathroom has mothballs in the sink which smell up the whole room, only 1 power outlet had live electricity which was in the bathroom. Basically it was like camping but with a bed.
