Awesome Donald! Yes, our Wednesday night complementary reception for hotel guests is pretty nice. Food, beer, wine and good company make it one of the best hotel deals in Summit County!

Spacious and very clean rooms. Breakfast is good. Erin and Mary were awesome during check in and every time we needed some help or information. Only complaint is that housekeeping is upon request and even requesting it the third day of my stay they didn't showed up. I had to ask a couple of times for extra towels, trash bags to take my own trash out, and when housekeeping finally showed up the day before my check out they took the sofa-bed bedding and I didn't found out until one in the morning and I had to go to the front desk to request a set and again there were no towels or washcloths in my room. Aside from that my stay was pleasant and I would stay there again.

Beware, this property will not provide flexibility when situations like inclement weather prevents you from getting to your hotel. Especially if booked through a 3rd party site like Expedia. We had a reservation for one night, 3/13/24, that we were unable to use as the result of bad weather/all roads leading to this location being closed for more than 24 hours. We were in route when the road closed and we were forced to turn around and return home. We immediately called the hotel and they told us that since we had booked on Expedia, we needed to raise the issue with them and Expedia would need to coordinate a reschedule or cancellation directly with the hotel on our behalf. The hotel was unwilling to allow us to move our reservation to another date, even though we were willing to pay the difference if the cost was increased. They told us that our unused room was determined to be a no-show therefore forfeiting any possibility to reschedule or get a refund. It also didn’t help that we had booked the room with Expedia. If you’re heading to the mountains, check hotel rules and policies before booking when weather could prevent you from getting to your lodging. We also had a one-night reservation booked through Epic and they had great customer service and allowed us to move our booking to a new night, despite their policies on bookings being no refundable.

This place has excellent facilities. Very clean and very friendly staff always happy to help. Undercover carpark and gym as well as heated pool and spa. However: - Level 4 has the restaurant and we stayed on level 3 just under. It is extremely noisy as you can hear all the movement upstairs from 6AM onwards all the way through to 10PM. If you are planning on getting some adequate rest this is interrupted daily by the noise upstairs. - The rooms are extremely dry and hot. We had the aircon on in the middle of winter to compensate for the heat coming from the air temperature set by the level heating system. It was very uncomfortable to sleep at night having such a dry atmosphere in the hotel. We even slept with the window open a couple of times with the outside air temperature below freezing. - Breakfast is included and is great overall, however sometimes there is no space to seat. More seat/tables would be welcome.

This hotel is one of the best in the area. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It's also located within 5 minute radius of other stores, grocery store, gas station, restaurants, etc. Hotel was very clean and worth every penny. A must stay!

I only have glowing things to say about our stay
The front desk people were both very friendly that I entered the hotel with a great attitude. The room was great, warm, and comfortable. The layout worked perfectly for us. The pool area and outdoor hot tubs looked nice and inviting, unfortunately we weren't as smart as other guests to bring swimsuits in January. The gym was spacious and had a good variety of equipment. The indoor parking was a nice touch and the breakfast selection was better than most free hotel breakfasts.

Almost perfect, avoid room 117
Almost everything was great! The staff are nice and courteous, the hotel is clean and beautiful, the room was spacious and luxurious, and you can't beat the location. Walking distance to multiple bars and restaraunts, plus the free shuttle stop. Great views of the mountains and Lake Dillon from all the common spaces of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options and the social hour from 5pm-630pm was a nice touch with beer, wine, and finger foods. The only knock was the location of the room. We were in room 117 which shares walls with the ice machine and the hotel's kitchen. It was super loud in the mornings starting around 4am, assuming it was the staff preparing for the 6am breakfast. Then at night, it was loud from them clenaing everything up from the social hour. Outside of our window were the generators or some machinery which kicked on all the time for the heat of the whole hotel which was very noisey. It sounded like there was a helicopter outside of our window all night long. So if you visit, do not allow them to put you in room 117, other than that, everything else was amazing! We'll definitely be back, just will refuse to stay in room 117.

Excellent last minute booking we made for a ski trip. The room was spacious, had a kitchen and king bed. Complimentary breakfast was good too! Everything was updated and clean!

Best hotel in Dillon
This new hotel was fabulous! We had a 4th floor view of Lake Dillon. The hotel also has a garage which was fabulous for below zero weather and snow! The suite was quite roomy and comfortable!

Was taken aback that they charge $15 for parking. A bit over the top. Was also disappointed in the breakfast. The juice was watered down. The eggs were omlets that come out of a plastic bag. No potatoes. No bananas. The oatmeal was watery. Overall so disappointing for a hotel that has a reputation of being higher quality.
