"Overall, everything was good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the swimming pool was excellent. However, one staff member was enough to ruin the overall impression of our stay. "The rooms were clean and comfortable and had desks to work on. Big plus to have a toilet downstairs in the living area and a toilet plus shower upstairs near the bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and had excellent views of the mountains through enormous windows. You can also look out onto the courtyard tables and a large screen television. We also ate lunch in the restaurant and it was great. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back. Excellent value."

The photos showing slides and a playground are very misleading this is not a kid-friendly property. We booked through Expedia for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), and were given a room that smelled of dampness and had a huge stone in the middle. It was completely unacceptable. When I asked for a different room, the owner (an elderly man) started crying and blaming Expedia for giving us a low price. I told him that wasn’t our problem—we booked through the platform and expected a room suitable for 5. He offered us another room only after charging us an extra 20,000 dram. That room had one queen bed and a sofa, and he promised to bring a rollaway bed—which he never did. We made it work for one night only because we didn’t want more stress, and let our 3-year-old sleep with us. Later, my kids played in the yard with the owner’s grandkids. They accidentally lost a soccer ball during a game, and the owner got angry, accusing us of damaging his property.
