Fresh hotel, well located in downtown Cedar Falls close to many bars and restaurants. Would stay next time I am in the area.

Nice place to stay. The only downside is that it is in an isolated area quite a long way from any local facilities.

Its a new hotel and the main restaurant was not open when I visited. Other than this the facilities were good but the location is not so good if you don't have a car.

Apart from an initial safety issue with a power outlet (probably caused by a previous guest) that I had to report to Reception - the hotel was pretty much as expected.
It was clean, and we slept fine. And along with easy parking and small pool; what else do you need for a stopover?
