10/10 Excellent

"This was my second stay at this location. Both times, clean room, easy check in/out, friendly staff. This time was quiet; can be noisy if there are (student) groups staying there. Staff is good about getting them to quiet down at a reasonable hour, though. Be sure to ask for an outside-facing room for the quietest stay. Inside-facing rooms actually have a balcony which looks over the center atrium/pool … and are, therefore, noisier. :) I was in a rush so didn’t eat the free breakfast, but there were a variety of hot and cold items, well stocked."

"Check in started at 4pm which is later than most other hotels and even though a room was ready earlier, the front desk staff wanted to charge an extra $25 for early check in. We waited until 4 because that didn’t seem worth it. On previous stays at this hotel, we have always had a great stay, but the breakfast this time was not well stocked and we ended going out to eat instead. Other than that a good stay."

"A basic well-maintained property, with one concern: the tub/shower was VERY slippery. We had to be extremely careful to not slip while bathing. Slipperiness may be due to cleaning products used, do not know, but is dangerous for guests. Our room did not have grab bars around tub/shower. A week before, we stayed in a suite at same hotel,. The tub/shower in that room was also very slippery."

"The room was great. Clean and comfortable with plenty of storage. The only downside was there was no hairdryer and when we checked in there, there was not enough towels for 2 people but the staff quickly remedied the towel situation. They were booked solid with a hockey tournament in town linens were a bit scarce, but they made it work. Parking was great. Easy access to Moorhead High School for a sports event and easy to receive food deliveries to our hotel."
