Un séjour agréable et une chambre plutôt sympa au desing tres coloré... Par contre cette fois ci nous n'avions pas de cafetière à notre disposition dans la chambre ! Cela nous a un peu surpris 😲

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the old city center. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast offered a great selection of food. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to use the outdoor pool due to the rain.

The staff were really friendly-and helpful. It’s only a short walk to the centre which is great. The immediate area felt a bit 60’s ‘new town’ and disconnected from Dijon’s historic centre but it’s easy to walk there. Had parking under the hotel which was super useful.

Bon séjour. Bel hôtel avec des chambres spacieuses. Salle de bain petite manquant de produits de confort. Juste le minimum syndical. Chambres bruyantes sur la rue. Manque d’isolation.

Hotel Mercure was a nice sized hotel with relaxing grounds attached. I enjoyed a glass of Crément outside in the sun by the pool and felt quite relaxed. The room was well laid out and I had everything I needed. It was about a 15 minute walk to the old town, and I felt it was worth the walk for the large quiet space to rest and sleep. I also ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Impressive.

The hotel, location and area are perfect for enjoying the beautiful city of Dijon. The restaurant is good too. But why save a few cents and put paper cups instead of glasses in the room? Or have elevators out of order? You can do better.

The hotel and reception staff were excellent however the manager of the restaurant looked at us a though we shouldn’t be there. We waited for around 15 mins to be served by the woman behind the bar and we were the only people there. Not a good experience. We have stayed there before and would again but someone needs to have a word to the restaurant staff about service.

Sympa et personnel aux petits soins

L'environnement gêneral est très agréable. Dans les petits désagréments, le drap était déchiré, pas de balayette dans les toilettes. Concernant l eco responsabilité, nous pouvons mettre 25° dans la chambre, ce qui avec le débit d'eau....ne va pas dans le sens de la planète.( C'est un peu mon métier 🙂) Personnel agréable, Petit dej super comme d'habitude. Bcp de bruit dans la rue et dans les chambres autour mais bon. Ca arrive

Établissement a fuir aucun sens du commerce refusé une annulation en se cachant derrière des polices d assurance alors que la direction me dit qu'ils le font quand même mais avait décidé de ne pas le faire il est clair que je prevoyais de venir une fois a la quinzaine que je ne et bien pas chez eux
