We didn’t see anybody who worked at the hotel during our two day stay as they have very short opening hours on weekends, however I’m sure they would be helpful if available. Good air con, had some difficulty with setting up the TV but the lady on reception came and sorted it out. The room phone had no indication of the number for the front desk or anything else, perhaps that could be attended too.
