"With an early AM arrival from the US we only intended to nap and shower. Our flights were delayed and we missed the entire booking. Rooms were full but staff was able to grant us passes to their spa to clean up and change. "

Ordered pizzas for dinner here and they were delightful! Freshly made, packed with flavour and delicious! The room was compact but had EVERYTHING you could need, innovative tech made the rooms fun and meant you could control everything seamlessly! Really enjoyed my stay here "

"A great buffet dinner and breakfast were part of this very reasonably priced accommodation, along with an excellent room. Though the parking garage was full at my arrival, I parked on the street adjacent to the hotel. The staff was welcoming and anxious to help with questions. Of all the hotels on my 5-week trip, this was at the top of the list."

"The look and the feel of the hotel was fab and the staff were really friendly. Underground and tram stops close by. The hot tubs on the roof were amazing and such a nice way to chill after long day sightseeing. The only problem was the understaffing of the roof top bar and restaurant. We waited over an hour for our drinks and then they only brought the cocktails and not the cup of tea so we left. The staff were really apologetic but they were just so understaffed ☹️ Because of this we didn’t go back to eat there. "
