"The cleanliness of my first room was questionable. A/C unit looked dated (remote didn't work properly) and the TV remote didn't work properly. Only provided one towel and I didn't find a hand towel initially and no shower room floor matt - there needs to be minimum standard providing basics. Fortunately I moved to another room on a different floor (due to pest control) where the A/C was in good state and TV worked. Rooms like my first one need attention to bring up the standards. "Room conditions are ok, staff is fine. Main problem is bathrooms are not comfortable. There are lots of constructions noise around as windows are not properly sealed. I don't recommend this hotel stay for foreigners. Food was fine. "
