20 minutes walk from the sea front, 2 minutes walk to the bus stop for Sarandë, 2 minutes walk from a mini supermarket.
Large room, large comfortable bed, aircon that works included in the price, good bathroom and shower, balcony with table chairs ash's a view, fridge, towels changed regularly. Has a unique lift that doesn't go to all floors so double check if you have a wheelchair etc.
Nothing to complain about; perfectly adequate in all respects; would start again.
