"First off, I would like to mention that I booked this hotel through hotels.com for 2 days including the new year gala dinner. However, the hotel did not honor that booking, and after extensive negotiation, I was asked to pay extra for the stay. The stay was pleasant otherwise but the NY gala dinner and event was subpar. The hotel does not provide accommodation for drivers but instead provides food. Overall service was good and breakfast was decent."
