Personal bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen mit recht guter Anbindung jedoch aber ist die Umgebung sehr laut. Flughafentransfer bei Ankunft nicht vorhanden, Anfragen wurden nicht beantwortet, für Rückweg wurde uns immerhin Uber-Fahrerzeug geordert. Zimmer wurden so gut wie es bei der Überalterung möglich gereinigt, frische Handtücher waren nicht immer sauber :-o. Einrichtung für ein Superior - Zimmer unzureichend (z.T. fehlerhafte Steckdosen, Röhrenfernseher, Sat-Empfang nicht immer vorhanden, Heizung fehlt, kein Balkon etc.). Frühstück sehr überschaubar, in 17 Tagen wurden die Tischdecken kein einziges mal gewechselt. Zimmerservice rund um die Uhr, allerdings waren nicht alle auf der Speisekarte angegebene Gerichte bestellbar und geliefertes Essen z.T. ungenießbar

Basic comforts in Dhaka with shuttle.

Make sure you make use of their free, friendly , prompt airport shuttle as traffic in Dhaka is guaranteed the worst in the world. No really. Dhaka is a surprisingly expensive city to stay in too, for the basic modest comfort that you get. Staff is very friendly typical of this AMAZING country). There is an elevator but occasional power off/on outbursts. Never off for more than a second or two so I suspect they have a generator. Breakfast was Indian/Bangali with some hard boiled eggs and toast marmalade. Good wifi. Would stay here again in a pinch. Felt safe. Is tucked away on side street off craziness that is the city centre.

An hotel to start our tour of Bangladesh

We booked this hotel in order to connect with a tour group. It was good the hotel provided a complimentary pickup from the airport. The hotel vehicle and driver were good. We were at this hotel for three nights. It was in a rather muddy side street close the main shopping street, but being in a sidestreet meant the rooms were quiet at night. The main shopping street included some Bangladeshi restaurants. We ate in the hotel most times and went out once.The hotel staff spoke good English and were polite and helpful. Breakfasts were good.
