Please take our sincere apology for this unwanted deviation. After getting your confirmation we text you the accidental cause that one of our major group from Chinese Embassy has been extended due to miss out their chartered flight and we did not have any choice to check them out. for that we had to cancel many reservation and we tried to shift all guest to our premium Brand Hotels nearby. Guest are always right and we never rude to any guest. I don't know how anyone rude to you but i feel sorry for this unusual act and promise it will never be repeated again in future. Sorry once again for this unwanted inconveniences.

Very friendly, helpful staff.
Very nice hotel and good value for the money. Would have been all fives except for lack of hot water. Otherwise great.

Great hotel; wrong location on hotels.com map
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful providing me with tourist advice, map, pictures of sites to help me communicate with non-english speaking drivers. One of them even volunteered to take me around Old Dhaka on his day off. Room is nice, spacious, modern. Breakfast quite complete but better for Asian breakfast. . . don't expect western style omellettes, etc. Problem with this hotel is that the hotels.com map linked to the hotel listing shows the hotel in COMPLETELY THE WRONG LOCATION. I chose it because the map shows the hotel being near Old Dhaka, near Lalbagh Fort and other sites of interest. In fact, it is miles away, farther north in Gulstan, in the same vicinity in new Dhaka as many of the newer hotels in Dhaka. though the great staff made up for it, i would have rather been nearer Old Dhaka (Hotel 71 area, which i had also been considering and has a better location for touring Old Dhaka.

外人が利用出来る3星ホテル
ホテルスタッフは親切です。部屋は普通、外国人の宿泊者が多いです。朝食は不便さがない程度ですが充実してるとは言えない。テレビが以前はNHKが観れましたが今はないのでホテルスタッフにはリクエストしてます。WiFiが弱いので自分のWiFi と併用使いです。
