The apartment was very clean and spacious with good amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, pool and car spot. Michael and Kristen were lovely hosts. "Stayed in the penthouse - it was a huge apartment and was generally very functional, despite a few quirks. The view across the lake was very satisfying and could be enjoyed from the balcony or just sitting in armchairs inside with a coffee. TVs were new, big and easily connected to Netflix and YouTube (bonus points). Beds were firm but acceptable, bathrooms were huge but basic (some extra towel rails wouldn't go astray), had a nice work desk and office chair for the unfortunate work distractions...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sally, the owner was helpful with local information. She was happy to re-freeze our esky ice bricks to make onward travel easier. Yes, it is an older motel, but delightfully refurbished. The room and bathroom were spotless as was bbq area. The pool was very pleasant on a hot day. All in all we couldn't have asked for more. We had a very pleasant stay in a great value motel."
