"The staff at Ellen Bay Inn are so friendly, and they make your stay in Antigua feel like you’re there visiting family. I had some issues with my flight changing last minute, but Ellen Bay Inn quickly responded to my email with my new details, and I felt like I was going to be looked after. On arrival, Trevor was there waiting for me at the airport with a smile, and Sharon was at the hotel waiting for me also with a smile. I felt like I was at home. I would absolutely recommend Ellen Bay Inn and say there again."
