Staff members were the friendilist lot and went out of their way to be helpful. Beyond that the property was dismal, wi-fi spotty at best and room including washroom not well maintained. Wish I could have given a better recommentation - sorry, as that is the unvarnished truth.

Will rush to resolve the wifi outage. (appreciate if you could elaborate what exactly was the maintenance issue)A single star review means the lowest possible rating, isn't it? That indicates, its the worst experience from a hotel and no one should try it in this condition. Did you really mean that? Since we feel that your comments are genuine, doesn't the starting category room you booked deserve a better rating? Are we that bad?

Crayons Guest House Review
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Mr. Jobi Sebastian went out of his way to be kind and helpful and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. Fully recommend this guest house in Munnar.
