Mattress covers over stretched and hanging off the beds (tattered and wearing out, toilet not clean, evening staffer spoke little English, curtains wouldn’t close without gap, stairwells cluttered with maintenance equipment, fabric chairs were stained, minimal towels, tv wouldn’t open channels.

We stayed for one night. One night of hardly any sleep. The first room we were given was a mess. I unlocked the door and someines shoes and personal items were in there.
