"The room was clean and beds were comfortable but there seem to have an undesirable odor with the pillows or comforter sheets. We were not able to connect to front desk or room service since the phone was not working. Staff were courteous and nice. But have to speak in their dialect, Front desk lady was not proactive with internet password and communication was a bit hard. Overall it was an ok 3 day stay at the hotel Hot water was on and off and no water pressure. One day water was black and had to flush or drain it for awhile."

Unprofessional or incompetent or both either way it shouldn't have happened. Maybe look at staying somewhere else rather than Diamond De Siquijor Beach House"
