"Due to the weather (snowing 🌨️ ), I could not explore the nearby places but I really enjoyed staying and relaxing this place. Hot springs were amazing! And wonderful diner and breakfast!! I ate too much on the trip prior to this place and problem finishing my plates😭 I wanted to eat them all since looked and tasted superior… just my stomach could not take them. So I have to go back again someday in better condition!"

"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "Great ski-in-ski-out resort with fantastic hotel and ski staff. Newly renovated with great atmosphere and superb cleanliness."

"This is a big and busy resort hotel in a very scenic area. The room was large and well equipped. The staff in all departments were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast and dinner (both buffet style) were of a reasonable quality, although quite monotonous if you are there for more than one night. It is quite remarkable how badly some guests behaved when getting their food - a real “bun fight” at every meal. The restaurant staff were amazing and did everything they could to keep the tables...
