"Staff was amazing, super friendly! Room was good but has a cold chill coming from window but heater is great. I think cold chill was because of it being freezing outside!"

"Everything was fantastic, my only suggestion for improvement would be water & vending. The vending machines lacked snacks, only a few options to choose from. The soda vending machines only had cans for $1.50 each, and no water bottles. The water fountain was blocked by the vending machines, so my only water source was the sink or convenience store. Otherwise, everything was great, I got to have the dog with me for a very small pet fee, staff was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable!"
