"The 2 guys looking after the place were brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful. Place in a great location and ideal for the safari and the elephant transit sanctuary. Our accommodation was excellent and the pool so relaxing. Not a great deal to do in Udewellewe other than the Elephant sanctuary and the safari. M If you looking for somewhere to stay - I highly recommend this place. "

"Staff always have a smile and will get you anything you need. Nice and clean room and communal areas, good variety of food. Great location if you are visiting for the Safari, only ten minutes up the road. The transition centre, where you can see the young elephants being fed, is even closer. "

"Everything was great. Manager of the restaurant went above and beyond and was amazing, as were all the staff. Even drove us to and from the elephant transit home in their safari jeep. Made sure everything we asked for, happened. Loved the turtles in the courtyard too."

"We had an amazing stay at Mansala Safari House. The hosts are very kind and welcoming, and the house itself is clean and comfortable. The hosts arranged two safaris for us which were both excellent; the driver picked us up directly from the accommodation and was very knowledgeable about the park. We had the car completely to ourselves as well. The hosts provided breakfast in the morning, and also gave us water bottles and coffees for the safaris. During our second day we were reading on the lovely terrace and the host even came up with a fresh mango for us which was delicious. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone - lovely hosts and a great space!"
