The rooms are quite frankly a catastrophe in this price segment; no amenities except for a fridge, no AC, no ceiling fan, not even a water boiler. "Two of us stayed here for one night on a whirlwind trip in the area. The hotel's location is great... right on the river, and the associated restaurant has tables right above the river path. The room was large (it was a room for 3 or 4, I think) and had a balcony looking over the river. The restaurant prices were good, as was the food. Overall, very nice."
