Some of the gym equipment was not working, and the shower curtain was dirty. We also had to go down to reception to ask for dishwashing liquid because there was none in the cabinet.
The reception staff member who served us was okay, but the lady behind the counter was very rude. Her attitude was unnecessary and it ruined my happy and peaceful mood at that moment. She kept arguing with me about the drink voucher. She said I only had one voucher, which meant one drink. However, I explained to her that although it was one voucher, it had the number 2 on it, which meant two drinks. The reception staff had also told us that the voucher allowed one drink each. I even told her I could go back and get the reception staff to confirm it. In the end, she gave up and asked what drinks I wanted. At that point, I was extremely frustrated and felt like telling her that if she doesn’t want to serve people or do her job, she should find another job.
Very disappointed..
