"First time staying here. The property is amazing for families. It’s very safe and secluded with a gated entrance. There plenty to do such as the arcade, movies, pool and activities. However, we were not able to get into our assigned place until 5pm. With 3 kids traveling over 6 hours and dinner plans, this was less than ideal. " We arrived late at night to the hotel, and the staff that checked us in were very helpful and kind. The rooms were really clean, the beds were comfortable, and even though our room was by the elevators, it was quiet throughout the night. What would have made our stay great was if the coffee served the next morning was good. Unfortunately the coffee was extremely weak with little flavor so that first cup had to be found elsewhere( a little detail to some but to a coffee lover- a game...

"Property was lovely. Staff were gracious and attentive. I didn’t like having only valet parking at a cost of $30 per day. I also felt that the day pass cost for using the spa facilities was excessive. The spa was nice but not worth more than $90 per day. The breakfast buffet was very good. "
