Trying to get a reply via email before we arrived to organise tours was very hard and we ended up organising elsewhere but other than that we could not fault the place. We had a great time here. "Some staff are fantastic- Moana (guest services), ian (trainee- bar), anna (restaurant). Some staff are fake to the max (hello ruby). Reception is the worst experience of the entire stay- checking out - check the bill. Infinity spa: nice massage & facial. Fantastically quiet. Breakfast: buffet. Lots of sugary or fatty choices. The chai, quinoa and oats were delicious. Fruit choices include local fruits. Try them! Lot there were boiled eggs. Lunch & Dinner: from 10/10 to 7/10. The share platter with beetroot dip- yes! Sensational!! Accomodation: spread out over the island. This can be an issue for anyone with mobility issues or children. Walking to breakfast, lunch or dinner could feel like a trek depending on where you stay. It would be wonderful to have a pick up service or a “train” that drives around the island. People who are fit won’t have any dramas. Snorkellers cove: great fish. Where’s the coral? The platform can be hard to get back on from the water. The bars are way too far apart. Sunset bar: great pools. Rubbishy food. Boat transport to & from island: magnificent. Great customer service."
