"I was expecting more for what I paid to stay at this hotel.
Shower had a leak, mold, and a roach came out the drain on my last day. Was not expecting this from such a new hotel.
One day my hotel key card was deactivated and had to go to the lobby to get it reactivated. This shouldn't happen at a hotel that seems to be upscale.
Restaurant (Cielo I believe) at the rooftop was overpriced for horrible gummy beef which I could not finish and had to take it out my mouth and on to the plate which I've never done in my adult life nor do I consider myself to be a picky eater.
Also, they need to invest on soundproof doors and windows as you can hear the guests in the hallway and car noises (in city view rooms).
Other than that, the hotel was very nice."
