"No restaurant on premises as advertised. Absolutely no hot water in our room for 2 days. Looks like half finished property. I will dispute any bill from AMEX. This property is falsely advertised on Expedia."

"This hotel buildings are extensive and attractive, and it is in a wonderful location, one of its best attributes. It overlooks the main town toward the mountains. There's a great view from the terrace and dining room of the chateau and medieval city. Reception staff are welcoming and helpful. Facilities are good, with plenty of space, lovely grounds, a lift and lots of parking. "Beautiful property and grounds. Excellent breakfast and easy walking access to a very nice town center with lots of shop and restaurants. A bakery on the corner that is to die for. Very nice room and staff was friendly. Great grounds with pool and sitting, picnicking and playing area for children. "
