Telling your guests the day before through an email that they don't provide towels anywhere, kitchen or otherwise, was a major issue for me and my guest as we had already been commuting for miles before we got the notice. The cabin had random wads of paper towels in a few rooms, and every air unit was turned on full blast making the cabin extremely cold when we arrived. It was that bad, but never did turn into that kind of severity. Other - 1 towel for 2 people. No wash clothes. No soap or shampoo. "
