"Die Wohnung fanden wir schmutzig vor, vor allem das Bett ging für uns überhaupt nicht. Es gibt keinen Ansprechperson vor Ort, um die Mängel beseitigen zu lassen!!! Kommunikation bzw. Reklamation am Anreisetag mit Expedia telefonisch nur auf Englisch möglich!!
1. Alle Reißverschlüsse an den Bettbezügen waren kaputt.1 Kopfkissen hatte Blutflecken !!! Das geht nicht!!!
2. Die Töpfe stark verschmutzt, die Gläser, der Herd, die Steckdosen schmutzig. Leere, schmutzige Reinigungsflaschen im Badeschrank...

"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours.
