"The worse vacation experience I have ever encountered. The Manager was incredibly rude. The staff was extremely unprofessional. Asking for any assistance like taxi service, billing inquiries, room upgrades, etc was a challenge. The property has not been maintained properly. Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Located on a beautiful beach. Very disappointing how it is being managed. "

"Overall, the Maison Bleu has a lot of potential. The location is amazing and it offers a really relax atmosphere. However, lack of communication and very lazy decoration makes for a poor experience. The Good: the hotel sits right on the ocean and the views are just amazing. Breakfast is included in the roo and the cook Koffi makes some great food.
