"Very beautiful hotel, confortable room but very bad food quality and service , check in very slow ( took them 40 min at 11pm to find a room ), ordered a Beef Filet they brought something else"

"The description of this property is a bit misleading-it's more of a guesthouse than a hotel (the 'complimentary amenities' was a used bar of soap put back into a well-worn box!)-basic room (bed, table and cupboard). Outside area was pleasant enough to sit. Fine for the price-but don't go expecting a hotel"

"There was no toilet paper. I made a request and was given a partially used toilet paper, not brand new. They refused to accept the electronic confirmation number from hotel.com. I had to pay cash from my pocket. I went back with a printed receipt and was refunded two weeks later after I had already left the country. A friend had to pick it up on my behalf. Breakfast was not served as stated at the website. Will never go there again!"
