"The quality of the hotel is top-notch. Everything is very clean and the breakfast is excellent. Beds super comfortable. The real standout, though, is the staff. Joanne was super welcoming, offering advice for food, attractions, and taking an interest in us as people. I would go back in an instant!!"

"This was our first visit to Cripple Creek. We stayed at The Midnight Rose based on previous reviews. It was as the reviews stated. Our room was clean, quiet, friendly staff, and had a small fridge and microwave. There were more than enough electrical outlets for charging electronics. We would stay there again and recommend to others."

"Loved the town, the room and the area. They need to work on check in. When we reserved the room, we were told we would receive the door codes 24 hours before check in time. We texted, as we were told to do, about 3 hours before check in to get codes. No response. We texted one hour before check in time so we knew to head that way, no response. We finally called and were told they had been very busy and we could come. Loved the place, but the check in procedure was VERY frustrating."
