"Great rooms and views. Pool v clean and nice to dip in, not the biggest but there’s the sea literally a few metres away and that was lovely and warm too. Staff were all very helpful and attentive. Food in the restaurant was delicious - especially the Mie Goreng dish! Overall very happy as this met all my requirements "

While they were friendly and polite, there were times when service felt a little slow or when extra attention to detail would have made the experience even smoother. A bit more attentiveness would definitely take the hospitality here to the next level. Another minor downside is the road leading to the resort. After heavy rain, it tends to get flooded or have large pools of water, which can make it tricky to get in and out. It’s not a deal-breaker, but something to be prepared for if you’re visiting during rainy days. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Ohana Resort Hotel for its cleanliness, peaceful vibe, and potential to become an even better destination with just a few small improvements.
