"Excellent value for money. The room is spacious, clean, with AC. I stayed for 7nights and will definetly come back. The bathroom is shared with an other room but I was mostly alone during my stay. Location is excellent to have easy acess to the pier, night market and the food court. I rent a motorbike to explore the rest of the Island. The hostess is so sweet and made my stay very special. "The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the chefs (chef Thun and Bee) were outstanding. The pool tended to get dirty later in the day due to the high number of children. Overall, the resort is perfect for families next to all the actions, street food, fisherman village shops and the fire show. Very friendly staff always smiling- The themed kids’ rooms were a lot of fun and really enhanced our stay"

"I would not stay at this hotel. It’s really a budget hotel that is pretending to be upscale. The location looks nice on paper but when you factor in it’s at the very end of a one way street it makes getting back to the hotel a take much longer than leaving. The hotel itself is also not very nice, there are much better hotels for the price you’d pay here. I suspect most of the reviews of this place are AI generated or poor people that don’t understand what a nice hotel is."

"I want to start off by saying that you are definitely getting your money’s worth when you stay here. The whole experience was incredible from the very beginning. When you drive up, it feels like you’re nowhere near anything, and then once you arrive, it feels like paradise. The staff really takes care of you. If you’re an English speaker, just be patient with them. No one has an attitude, and if you ask for something and they can do it, they definitely will. The room I got was right in front of the sunset — Room 211. You have your own pool with an amazing view overlooking the ocean and the sunset. The food is exquisite. If you’re just starting off, I definitely recommend the Wagyu burger. The steakhouse is also great — just keep in mind that if you’re from the States, the steak may be prepared a little differently. The general pool is great, and every time your room gets cleaned, it feels like you just arrived all over again. Overall, if I could live there, I definitely would. If you’re visiting, I recommend staying at least three days so you can truly enjoy everything the resort has to offer. "

"Breakfast menu was wonderful, great choices of à la carte and buffet catering both Asian and Western breakfasts. Service everywhere was kind, extremely attentive and timely. The room is cleaned twice a day and left in pristine condition. You can call for a surprise of the day once a day for a treat brought to your door. The pool and communal areas are always clean, and the beach is paradise. Although it's located in the centre, it is still quiet as the resort is so large, and ideally located to go to dinner on the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely return. "
