This was my first time staying in Lady Lake and at the Hampton. The staff were absolutely outstanding from the moment I arrived to when I left.
The room was clean and tidy. I had a suite which was a great size with good facilities. The hotel itself was very clean throughout and the facilities were great.
I will definitely be back!

The hotel is great and the hotel's staff is very nice, a breakfast was continental, room and the beds exelent. Only down greats are , the balcony wasn't cleaned like for a bout a year by look of it , A/C is too noisy and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is 30 minutes drive to Wildwood where you can take an excursion on air board to see an aligators and 30 min. drive to Inverness , but it is not a city or a town, it is only a place where is a little shoping centre and a petrol station ,...

Location was good with plenty of parking space.
Had room 236, a suite, basic but clean and spacious. An old style motel that's been updated.
Probably the most comfortable bed ever in a hotel.
Air con in the room was fantastic.
Bathroom could do with some attention as could some of the outside.
Breakfast is basic.
Lady at check-in chewing gum all the time - not the most welcoming.

Ok but needs upgrade. The room was spacious but had a damp smell and feel to the air despite having AC on. Staff were friendly. Facilities were ok. Carpet was filthy, feet were black after showering. Only toast or cereal for breakfast. Surrounded by truck stops, so didn't feel very safe after dark. I've stayed in better places for less. To be fair, there didn't seem to be many budget choices in the area that had better reviews.

The equestrian, as the name suggests is based on the theme of horses. If you are a horselover, this is the place for you. The hotel is built in the middle of the WEC and has some high end shops and several eateries. Stirrups for breakfast is a must. If you are very hungry go for the croissant sandwich. It is huge ! The hotel also has a very nice pool. We stayed when no events were on so was very quiet and therefore can't give an opinion on when it is busy.
I cannot praise the staff enough...

the rooms are very large an spacious. Staff very helpful. i didn't see the pool. There are a lot of lounge chairs, but not a lot of dining tables for breakfast so many people having breakfast sitting in lobby chairs.
