"I was told i got an upgrade on my room after paying for a king suite and i was downgraded to a room with 2 full beds that cost less than I paid for the king room"

"Initial room provided had not been cleaned. Next room was clean but in the morning, identified shampoo etc was empty had not been filled. Chose hotel due to restaurant. Food was mediocre and staff misplaced credit card at billing. They did find it but overall, not a “feel good” hotel. Would not recommend and definitely not worth the price."
