"I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. This time, I was assigned a room on the second floor. It was clean, and the air conditioning was nice and cold, which I appreciated. During every stay, the staff have always been helpful and genuinely great people."

"The place you could tell was beautiful at one time but so run down. Good was not good if you ask to substitute something on the menu the answer is no. Up charge for everything if you have visitors "

"This place is hard to find especially at nite. Scary location. Sink is dirty and old. Towels are too cheap and old. No elevator that made it hard for older person to go up too. No toilet paper nor soap/shampoo. Hot water not working. "

"It's really close to the mall bus stop in Marbel you could walk if you wanted to. Its also near a convience store and a short ride from the mall while being on the main drag. The rooms are small but clean and updated."
