The hotel in in the town with good secure car parking , nice bar , and very good restaurant , formal and not cheap , but fantastic for a special occasion , we will certainly try and return

The staff were really excellent, simply 1st class as was the food which could not be faulted! We loved the grounds and the room (off of the main building perfect for our two young children) The children loved the whole experience- they could run about with the peacocks and two cute dogs and play in the pool. We had a charming babysitter that evening so we could enjoy a fabulous dinner. Would definitely come back again!

It is a very nice hotel overlooking a really beautiful medieval town. The staff were genuinely very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was awesome and reasonably priced and the breakfast was very good too. The swimming pool is great and was open late enough to enjoy it even after a day on the road. We will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone. Our only regret was not to stay longer.

Stayed here for the third time and had a lovely stay. Nice size room which was clean and comfortable. Bathroom modern. Dinner in the restaurant was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Rural location next to a canal, plenty of parking, clean rooms with ac and with a very good restaurant for dinner. We also a good continental breakfast. We will be back.

Superior double: clean, comfortable, roomy, wonderful shower, fridge, tea-making, bottled water. Refreshed daily. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast (a bit pricey?). Well-situated opposite the entrance to the town. Only 4 parking spaces - book ahead if needed. Otherwise plenty of open parking close by (charged). Good WiFi. No EV changing.

The stay was remarkable truly amazing place and Matthieu as your host is incredible with lots of knowledge and “tips” of the area The breakfast was awesome and the building itself full of history and we enjoyed it so much we stayed on longer

We booked this hotel last minute and arrived around 10 PM. The owner and his family were very friendly. The hotel is close to A6 Highway, which was convenient. Although the hotel isn't large, we noticed the restaurant was bustling with guests enjoying their meals when we arrived. Unfortunately, we had already eaten, but we definitely wish we could have tried their Indian cuisine! The room was simple yet elegant. Pleasant stay. Amazing service, couldn’t have been better. Would definitely come back again. Ideal trip for a weekend away from Paris: 20 min to both Chablis/Sancerre and 1.5hrs to the wi e region in Côte d’Or (south of Dijon).

Incredible place. Gorgeous location and such a beautiful setting. The bed was the comfiest I’ve slept in and the breakfast set up was fab. Cannot fault this place
